Commit and save
The longer you commit, or the more you order at once, the less you pay. Three ladders, all in GBP excluding VAT.

On 12-month terms unused hours carry forward two months instead of one. If a discounted term ends early, the discount already given on the months used is repaid.
Prepaid hour blocks
For ad-hoc work with no monthly commitment. Paid up front, valid for 12 months.

The 25-hour block is about 5% off the hourly rate, the 50-hour block about 10% off.
Multi-course volume

Agency partners get a flat 15% off every service instead; the best single discount applies.
Discounts don't stack: you get the single best one. 15% is the most any client gets (20% for registered charities), and the £500 minimum still applies to one-off jobs unless a lower price is published, such as the charity prices. See the Support Desk tiers by term.
Payment terms
Fixed quotes
For project work I scope it on a short call and send a fixed quote. If scope changes, I tell you before anything is billed.
50% deposit over £2,000
On projects over £2,000 I take 50% upfront and the rest on delivery. Smaller projects are invoiced on completion.
30 days of adjustments
Every project includes 30 days of bug fixes and minor adjustments, so you have time to test in your own environment.
Agencies and studios get 15% off every service as agency partners. Registered charities get 20% off every service: see charity training prices.
