Step by step ## **How a partner engagement runs ** Light to set up, with the same care I give direct clients. **01** ### **Tell me about your agency** 5 minutes A short message through the contact form: what you do, typical project size, and any live brief. No application process. **02** ### **Paperwork** Usually under a week A mutual NDA and a short working agreement covering ownership, unbranded delivery and payment terms. **03** ### **First brief and quote** 1–2 business days You send the brief. I reply with a fixed price and timeline, and tell you plainly if a deadline is unrealistic. **04** ### **Build and review** Per quote I build, test in SCORM Cloud and your client's LMS where possible, and show progress at agreed points so nothing lands late. **05** ### **Unbranded handover** On delivery You receive the package and clean source files with no trace of me. If the client reports a fault, I fix it and you relay the answer. Clear boundaries ## **What I won't do ** A partnership works when both sides know where the lines are. - **–**I don't contact your end clients. If one finds me, I send them back to you. - **–**I don't show your work in my portfolio without your written sign-off, and your client's name stays off any case study unless they agree too. - **–**I don't set your margin. First in gets the work. - **–**I don't chase payment through your client. My contract is with you.
