Workday Learning is the SCORM host we get called about most often, and nearly always for the
same reason: the package works everywhere else and reports Incomplete in Workday.

The cause is almost never the package. Workday layers its own mastery rule on top of the SCORM
runtime, so a course can set `lesson_status` correctly and still be rejected. Get the mastery
score right and most Workday SCORM problems disappear.
